Increasingly there is a global realisation that with the rapid spread of man’s footprint over the earth, our wild open lands are becoming more and more precious as they dwindle. Whether for shrewd investment reasons or from conviction, those in the know are investing in land whose value lies in the fact that it is protected and will never be developed. To us at Skilderkrantz it is clear that the world has enough golf estates, condominiums, the ubiquitous “chalets” and hard “development”, and that wide open spaces, habitat for wild creatures and natural resources hold the real value.

With this in mind it is our vision to continue expanding Skilderkrantz by forming creative partnerships with like-minded Green investors.
